How the Guarantee Works: – The 14-day guarantee period begins on the exact date that the operative removes the final traps and declares the site officially cleared. – If fresh mole activity (new molehills or surface runs) appears within the treated area during this 14-day period, Mole Management will return to set new traps and clear the remaining issue completely free of charge. –
Moles are highly territorial and constantly migrating. Any new mole activity that occurs after the 14-day guarantee period has expired will be treated as a brand-new infestation from a migrating mole, and will be subject to a new booking and standard charges. – The guarantee applies strictly to the specific lawn or boundary area treated during the original booking.
