Steve came out to deal with pests in our attic and arrived right on time. He thoroughly checked the house inside and out, explained everything clearly, and pointed out possible entry spots while giving us plenty of practical advice to prevent future problems. He didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need and was honest and fairly priced. A true professional and a genuinely nice guy.

Steve from Mole Managent was brilliant the way he dealt with my mole problem. He managed to get one mole who was the culprit of the many hills he had dug. Now thanks to Steve I am mole free. Thanks for all your help and I would not hesitate to ask Steve back if the mole problem ever arose again. Great response, great person to deal with.

Can’t recommend Stephen enough, really efficient and makes a lot of effort to come when you need him/work around you. Plumber told me there was potentially a rat, and he came round same day after a response within an hour- and cheaper than the other pest control people who called me back. Quickly identified a potential problem, and give recommendations – I went for the full package where he laid traps and came back for a visit, just for my peace of mind.– Even though Stephen wasn’t trying to upsell anything. Came back and checked the traps and problem was dealt with, offered to traps in for my peace of mind again. Obviously very knowledgeable in his field and just wants to help without ripping you off, would use again for sure.

Stephen came out to me when I ended up with a squirrel in my soffit which I thought had got in my loft. Luckily it hadn't and after I had the soffit repaired the problem was solved. I was very upset when I heard the squirrel.

Stephen came out very promptly the same day and found where the problem was coming from. I had been over quoted by a bigger pest control company and Stephen didn't charge me anywhere near as much as the other company quoted.

I had the soffit repaired quickly and the problem was gone. Stephen left traps for a week in my loft with a camera to be absolutely sure nothing had got inside. He respected my property, was very polite. He spent a lot of time going through everything with me, most important I was given reassurance and peace of mind. He took the traps away and did a final inspection of the loft, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and put mind at rest. He took time and I didn't feel rushed with anything. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. He is a very nice and genuine man. He turned up when he said he would. He gave me an invoice with a choice of ways to pay. He made a very stressful and worrying situation run very smoothly. Thank you so much! 🙂

Stephen answered our call regarding wasps/bees. He arrived within half an hour. He explained that they were a particular kind of bee and felt it would be better to leave them alone, but that if we were worried about them in the future to give him another call. He refused any payment. Lovely man would recommend him, definitely worth the five stars. Thanks Steve

Brilliant service. I had a wasps nest in the eaves of my roof right next to my bedroom window which meant I could not leave my windows open. I phoned this company and Stephen came round within the hour. He told me to expect a bit of activity over the next couple of days especially if baby wasps were hatching, but I went out the following day, and they had all gone and not had anything since.
I would definitely recommend and use again should I need to in the future👌

We had a hornet nest on our loft. Steve came straight away after we call although it's quite short notice. He dealt with the nest professionally. No issue afterwards. Happy to recommend to anyone who has the same issue.👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you, Stephen, at Mole Management Pest Control for coming out to assist with a huge wasp nest in my mother's shed. She was petrified of it due to being stung at school in the 70s when they had an uncontrolled wasp infestation and having to go to Bury General Hospital's emergency department to treat her for anaphylaxis.

I contacted two well know national pest control companies who couldn't attend for days, so I tried a local business, Mole Management. Stephen visited the house within 2 hours and quickly got to work, he definitely was a professional and within no time, he started getting the situation under control!!

I'm so glad we decided to go with an independent family business like you guys!

Stephen provides a first class service in every way. I spent some time finding someone who would deal with our rat problem, which was complicated by the fact that I am a hedgehog feeder / rescuer and opposed to the use of poisons. Stephen was brilliant. He really took on board what I wanted and understood my wish to be as humane as possible in dealing with the problem. He also provided management advice to prevent a recurrence. Communication has been brilliant and all at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

What a brilliant service Stephen provides! I looked online for a local company to deal with a wasp nest. Stephen answered my phone call straight away and then apologised because he couldn’t get to me until the afternoon (same day)! He was very reassuring, he fully explained the costs and the process. He arrived at my house 2.5 hours after I’d called him, at the time he said he’d arrive. He was friendly, polite, efficient and very informative. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
